Registration for authors

The payment can be made using Indian National Rupee (INR) for the equivalent to US dollar rate mentioned for the different categories below.

$ 1 = 79.80 tentative Rate is applicable as on 1^st August 2022

• Each of the Regular/Short/SRF/RDS papers for the technical program needs to be registered at the respective registration rate by at least one of the authors before (30^th November 2022), and be presented at symposium for inclusion in the proceedings as per the IEEE regulations.
• If an author has multiple papers and he/she is presenting all of them, first paper needs to be registered at the Full rate (Regular/Short). The subsequent papers are allowed to be registered as per the Author rates given below.
• A regular registration (Regular/Short/SRF/RDS) is mandatory only for a single author who is presenting the paper in the conference. If the co-authors are interested in attending the conference then they are advised to register at the Non Authors/ delegate rate (See participating delegate rate below).
• The early registration deadline is 30^th November 2022. This is also the deadline for all the authors to register.
• Registration Fee includes breakfast, high tea, conference lunch for 3 days of symposium, dinner on 19th December and buffet on 20th December (only for regular/short/SRF/RDS paper registration and not for WiP). Visit to local historic monuments/places is also covered.
• It does not include any other expenses like stay, travel etc.

• The Pre-symposium Tutorials will be free for the Author/Non-Authors registered for the symposium others have to pay a nominal fee as given below.
• Participants registering for symposium would be entitled to attend whole four days of event (18 December: Pre-symposium Tutorials; 19-21 December: symposium).

Participating delegate: (For co-authors and other interested participants)

• iSES invites non-presenting co-authors and all other interested to attend the Pre-symposium Tutorials, Symosium, its keynotes, plenary talk and technical sessions by registering at “Non Authors/ delegate” rate.
• Delegate rate also allows participants who are not presenting paper but interested to witness an IEEE international Symposium and its all-technical sessions including keynotes and plenary talks.
• It provides opportunity to grow network with international peers and attend 100+ high-quality presentations in 4 days.
• Single registration participating delegate rate allows a single participant to attend the symposium.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

• Registration of an additional paper(s) does not include the attendance of co-authors or an extra conference kit. Co-authors may register at a Participating delegate fee.
• Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.

Invoices can be generated beforehand and shared if needed. Please send an email to patri@nitw.ac.in if needed.

Confirmation

• For online payments, an automated email will be sent to you.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
• Please bring along the confirmation letter and present it upon Registration.

Cancellation policy

• For authors of accepted papers, registration fees can NOT be refunded.
• Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by email to Conference Secretary.
• Registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated dates for whatever reasons, including the failure of obtaining a visa.
