The “K. L. Thakral Best Paper Award of the IEEE International Symposium on Electronic Systems (IEEE – iSES)” has been established to commemorate the life of Dr. K L Thakral, founding chancellor of Oriental University Indore. He was also instrumental in establishing the IETE Sub Center at Indore.
The best paper will be awarded based on technical excellence. Other criteria such as innovation, contribution to the research community, technical originality, and clarity of writing will also be considered.
The award will include a cash prize of INR 5,000.
