4) Camera-ready submission is a five-step process:

1. Paper compliance using PDF Xpress**
2. Submission of paper details
3. Submission of author details
4. Validated camera-ready PDF submission
5. Copyright form submission***

*At least one of the authors must register and present the paper physically at the conference for inclusion in the proceedings as per the IEEE regulations.

**IEEE Xplore PDF compliance must be checked at the IEEE PDF Xpress website. The details on accessing the PDF Xpress are on the above-shared link (Click on the green-colored "Begin Paper Submission" button and select the "Paper Validation" tab). If your file is not Xplore compliant, it will NOT be published and will be removed from the IEEE iSES 2024 conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore database.

If your PDF passes the IEEE PDF Xpress check, you will receive a PDF file from IEEE PDF Xpress via email. Approved PDF files will be stamped with an approval comment in the document properties by PDF Xpress. Please ensure you upload this *received* camera-ready PDF file.
